"From autumns turn to early winter Banff and Jasper National Parks are one of my favorite destinations. This is the "rut" season for elk and elk bugling fill's the air and echo's for miles. Even though the bugle is more of a shriek and grunt, I find it to be a powerful and mysterious presence. For those of you that have never heard the sound of a bugle I have linked one below."
